Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms
By using the services of ProntoCrew Portland Concrete, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before starting any project with us.
Our Services
We provide professional concrete contractor services in Portland, ME and surrounding areas. Our services include concrete driveways, patios, sidewalks, foundations, and more. All work is performed by experienced professionals using quality materials.
We reserve the right to refuse service or modify project scope based on site conditions, safety concerns, or other factors that may affect the quality of work.
Quotes and Pricing
All quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from what was described or if additional work is needed. We will always communicate any pricing changes before proceeding with additional work.
Quotes are valid for 30 days. After that time, pricing may be adjusted based on material costs and availability.
Payment Terms
Payment schedules vary by project size. Typically, we require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
For larger projects, we may arrange milestone-based payments. All payment terms will be clearly outlined in your project contract.
Scheduling and Delays
We do our best to start and complete projects on time. However, weather conditions, material delays, or unforeseen site issues may affect the schedule. We will keep you informed of any changes and work to minimize delays.
If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours notice to avoid cancellation fees.
Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind our work. All concrete installations come with a workmanship warranty. The specific terms depend on the type of project and will be outlined in your contract.
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, acts of nature, or issues related to pre-existing site conditions that were not disclosed to us.
Property Access and Safety
You agree to provide safe access to the work area and to keep pets and children away from the job site during work hours. We will take reasonable precautions to protect your property, but we are not responsible for damage to landscaping or underground utilities that were not properly marked.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the new terms.
